The Connecticut Department of Public Health implemented a statewide campaign to increase the awareness of HIV/AIDS and encourage residents to get tested for HIV. The target audience of the campaign includes the general public, including special population groups (men who have sex with men, injection drug users, African-American men and women, Latinas/os).
